Ecolab Pest Elimination provides solutions to prevent and eliminate all types of pests in commercial buildings, food processing plants, food retail, foodservice, and many other markets. As a Regional Sales Manager you will manage a book of business and lead a team of 9-10 Sales Development Managers. We will count on you to provide leadership to a team of Sales Development Managers to increase sales in our core segments including restaurants, healthcare, food retail, hospitality and food and beverage plants. What You Will Do:

  • Manage sales budget as well as profit and loss responsibilities, which includes growing sales at the projected rate and controlling expenses.

  • Effectively select, train, develop and coach Sales Development Managers with an emphasis on cold calling, prospecting, Ecolab product / service offerings, industry conditions, Salesforce utilization and successful customer outcomes

  • Exceed growth targets through recognition of new sales opportunities.

  • Define sales territories, direct key market growth to meet or exceed new contract sales goals

  • Leverage new customer offerings by developing creative sales blitz and drive Ecolab Circle-the-Customer goals through effective relationships with operations team and cross-division network

  • Create a strong team culture and demonstrate Ecolab fundamental leadership behaviors of envision, empower, energize, execute and embody throughout your work Proactively manage & coach SDMs that are not meeting budget via the established performance management process

  • Communicate with associates to ensure there is a common focus and collaborative team environment

Candidates must reside in: Florida, preferably Central Florida
Territory will include:State of Florida and southern tip of Alabama
Overnight trips per month:1-2 on average

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 5 years demonstrated successful performance in business to business commercial sales or equivalent Ecolab experience

  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

  • Home office with internet access capability

  • Must be able to read and write in English

  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pest elimination and / or hotel and restaurant selling experience preferred

  • 3 years of demonstrated successful leadership experience in the hospitality industry preferred

  • Experience using analytical, presentation, and productivity tools including Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Office Suites, Salesforce or other CRM tools

  • Excellent organization / time management skills

  • Proven relationship management and consulting skills

  • Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions

  • Proven negotiation & presentation expertise

  • Self-motivation & drive for results

  • Ability to establish credibility quickly with sales team, operation team, CTC partners and other partners across the organization

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $105,100-$157,500 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
