We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to drive transformative continuous improvement initiatives in our superalloy investment casting operations. Specializing in precision components such as single-crystal nickel-based turbine blades for aerospace and industrial gas turbines, our foundry demands exceptional process control, yield optimization, and defect minimization. In this role, you will apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement scalable systems that enhance efficiency, reduce variability, and improve quality across the entire casting value stream-from wax pattern production to final inspection and heat treatment. Your work will focus on data-driven process optimization, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to achieve measurable gains in manufacturing yield, cost reduction, and compliance with stringent aerospace standards.
