PRIMARY FUNCTION We are seeking a Corporate Safety, Risk, and Compliance Manager to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment across our corporate offices, showrooms, distribution centers, and client-facing installation operations. The Corporate Safety, Risk, and Compliance Manager is a leadership position within our Corporate Shared Services and is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the company's safety programs, enterprise risk management practices, and regulatory compliance initiatives. This role ensures that all workplace environments-from warehouse to showroom-operate in accordance with federal, state, and local laws while aligning with company values and industry standards. Lead and support the organization in enhancing their safety performance and culture. This role will support both labor and administrative/office roles in a variety of settings.
