We are seeking a fulltime Project/Program Management Intern for Summer 2026.

This internship program is intended to provide entry-level exposure and training in project planning, scheduling, resource alignment, risk management, change management, and other project management related tasks. The Intern will have the opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams including (but not limited to), engineering, operations, lean, finance, and business intelligence to support project success and develop project management skills.

Essential Functions

  • Under direct supervision, support the preparation and control of project plans, including schedules and resource assignments. Ensure cross-functional input to obtain accurate and real-time project performance tracking.
  • Help recognize project plan variances, conduct variance analysis, and identify mitigation tasks.
  • Help analyze and interpret data to conduct project risk management, including identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Provide input for program reviews and customer meetings.
  • Take necessary steps to safeguard company proprietary and competitive information.
  • Participate in Kaizen events and High-Performance Teams (HPT's)

Required Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior pursing a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related program field.
  • Proficiency with project management software including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and other related business tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A strong work ethic, proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Pride of ownership in all that you do, a passion for excellence.
  • Ability to effectively understand and apply fundamental problem solving and analytical skills to analyze data and identify issues.
  • Ability to take on challenges and generate innovative solutions, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to listen attentively and confidently contribute your ideas within a team setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Python etc.
  • Relevant experience (e.g., through coursework, volunteer work, or previous internships) can be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for fast data analytics and business process development.
