1st (6 am) and 3rd shift (8 pm)

Summary of Primary Functions: Safely operate lift trucks and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack materials. Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees must follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe work environment and the production of high-quality products.

  • Operate lift to deliver wood and steel forms, and other bulky materials to production as needed.
  • Haul out products to storage and load trailers for customers.
  • Load rebar cages and move to production bays.
  • Dispose of piled trash, wood, insulation, strands, rubble, etc.
  • Off load trucks for Material Control as needed.
  • Dump trash, waste materials, etc. from dumpsters daily.
  • Accurately complete required documentation, logs, or system entries related to material movement.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding material needs and priorities.
  • Support general production operations when equipment is not in use.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the supervisor.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
