Location:

2747 W Grand Pkwy N, Suite C, Katy, TX 77449

Rotating Schedule:

AM shift 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekdays)

PM Shift 11:30AM -8:30PM (Weekdays)

Weekend 8:30AM - 5:00PM (Every other)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the daily plan of action
  • Managing Daily workflow and directing technicians to maximize production
  • Training new employees and ensuring all staff is up to date on all recurring training
  • Ensuring compliance is maintained by all staff
  • Managing and keeping track of staff throughout the day
  • Keeping the pharmacy organized and stocked with supplies
  • Keeping training paper work organized and easily accessible for inspections
  • Assisting with quarterly inventories

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Texas state board of pharmacy: Pharmacy technician certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PTCB certification
  • 1+ years of pharmacy experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $xx.xx to $xx.xx per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
