JOB TITLE: Supplier Performance Data Manager
BUSINESS UNIT: GHSC-PSM

General Summary
The Supplier Performance Data Manager supports the Global Health Supply Chain - Procurement Supply Management project's (GHSC-PSM) global viral load initiative and cross-cutting vendor management activities. The Supplier Performance Data Manager reports to the Global Viral Load Team Lead within the Global Supply Chain Strategy Team as well as coordinates with supplier relationship managers for all product categories. To perform this role, the Manager collaborates with multiple GHSC-PSM teams including sourcing and supplier management staff, procurement teams, the quality management unit, and the operational excellence team, among others.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

* Lead Key Performance Indicator performance reporting and analytics for global diagnostics manufacturers that have entered into strategic service level agreements with GHSC-PSM.
* Manage manufacturer performance data inputs (digital and excel) to global Viral Load Dashboard. With MIS and operational excellence team support development and improvement of dashboard.
* Lead engagement with selected countries on viral load data and connectivity sharing arrangements.
* Present progress reports and recommendations to PSM and GHSD staff.
* Across product categories, create, maintain, and distribute periodic reports using supplier data for internal and external stakeholders.
* Work with suppliers to prepare for updates and/or enhancements on data reporting and analysis over time. Monitor vendor readiness to support new program launches and changes to business rules, processes and tools.
* Take initiative to make sure cost, quality and other supplier data in internal management information systems are up to date.
* Support development, aggregation and monitoring of supplier key performance indicators and identify areas for performance and process improvements using fact-based business intelligence.
* Monitor supplier performance against Long Term Agreements (LTA) for supply of goods and services; Support strategic decision making and facilitate long term planning.
* Collaborate with operational excellence team to automate and refine reports for existing and new suppliers; adjust reporting as required by stakeholder needs; and continuous improvement projects targeted at improving the customer experience.
* Manages laboratory data analysts' work on a day-to-day basis.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the required knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform the principal duties.
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other discipline
* Four years' experience in data analysis and management, customer support management, operations management, vendor management and/or related experience
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (such as VBA, Excel Queries, and creating dashboards)
* SQL data mining, Python, Tableau and other data analytic and visualization knowledge preferred
* Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills
* Work across groups and utilize leadership skills to achieve a common goal
* Ability to work independently, with little direct supervision, as a part of a team
* Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
* Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
* Prior international experience and/or proficiency in languages relevant to GHSC-PSM a plus
NOTE: The salary range for this position is $81,400-$117,200
