Responsibilities

  • The Mgr Cardiovascular Administration manages business operations and personnel for the Heart and Vascular Clinic including areas of insurance, coding, compliance, scheduling of procedures, and departmental collaboration.
  • Coordinates billing, accounts receivable, supply ordering, cost analysis and is responsible for payroll monitoring and reporting.
  • Assists with the credentialing process for HVC and outreach locations and coordinates activities with other departments and participates in obtaining and maintaining qualified personnel.
  • Responsible for environmental control of area.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related medical field.
  • Current RN license.
  • 2+ years' of medical facility or medical business office experience.
  • Current knowledge of physician clinic or hospital operations.
  • Strong problem solving, multitasking and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use computers and Microsoft Programs (word, excel, etc.).

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong business experience.
  • Strong accounting background in a medically related environment.
  • Previous experience with accounting procedures.
