Web Content Coordinator Washington, DC (remote) Pay From: $47.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Web Content Coordinator 3-5 years of related professional experience using Web CMS tools (i.e. WordPress, Drupal) 3 to 5 years of web analytics experience (e.g. Google Analytics 4) HTML and CSS working knowledge is required Project Management tool proficiency and experience (e.g. Asana) Excellent written and oral communication skills Results-oriented with a high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders BA/BS Degree highly desirable DUTIES: Maintain the website and other web properties owned by the company, including images (cropping, resizing, and optimizing), web copy, building landing pages, making homepage updates and other site content Serve as project manager on web and digital projects across the organization, leveraging asana to support workflows and reporting Publish blog posts, press releases, and other content, incorporating SEO best practices Troubleshoot site issues, escalating to appropriate points of contact and developers when necessary Track request for web changes, updates, and new projects Collaborate with others across the Marketing team on ongoing website projects Provide reporting and analytics on web properties, both regularly and ad hoc using Google Analytics 4 and SEMRush Research relevant SEO focused keywords in SEMRush and ensure on-page SEO is optimized using the Yoast plugin Offer UX insights and expertise for the overall sight and each specific web request Coordinate with third-party and internal development teams, internal and external design resources and organizational stakeholders Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
