Provide support for various quality management system activities to the quality, manufacturing, and process engineering teams. Work under the direction and supervision of Senior QA Technicians and Engineers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compiling product/production data for purposes such as customer communication at time of shipment, production improvement studies, containment related to customer complaints or internal failure analysis.
  • Management of certification records and obtainment of required sign-offs. Work with production and engineering teams to verify employee competence in relevant work functions prior to certification.
  • When product failures are identified internally or from customer returns, research system data (NCMR's, manufacturing order history, traceability data) to aide in identification of root cause.
  • Maintain traceability of various types of quality records (production logs, periodic evaluation results, etc.). Includes scanning paper records and maintaining a logical organization structure for the electronic records.
  • Provide one on one training to others in the organizations on commonly used quality related systems (i.e. NCMR's, RMA's, configuration control, etc.).
  • Complies with and actively supports Company policies and procedures such as equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, safety, AS9100, and ethical business practices.
  • Participate in the internal audit programs.
  • Support monitoring efforts of production processes with focus on areas such as yield and scrap metrics.
  • Pursue, as part of an employee development plan, appropriate certifications in the TTM 9CI program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent computer skills. Should be able to independently perform research on AS400 and ETQ systems in support of traceability, corrective actions, failure analysis and root cause activities

  • Knowledge of quality systems standards and military specifications associated with job function (i.e. AS9100, ISO 9000, MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38535)

  • Strong Multi-Tasking Skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Required Education:Associate Degreeor High School degree with relevant industry experience

Degree Field: Sciences

Required Work Experience: 3-5 Years Relevant Experience
Knowledge of quality procedures and ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$45,354 - $71,688

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
