POSITION SUMMARY: Pepper Construction is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with a focus on K-12 and Higher Education projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall direction of educational construction projects, including schedule management, budget oversight, and team leadership. You will supervise all field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting the specific needs of school districts and universities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping educational environments through construction, working closely with school administrators, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that make a lasting impact on students and communities.
