We are looking for a Director, Commercial Strategy in Eden Prairie, MN.

Agropur is seeking aDirector, Commercial Strategyto shape and lead the longterm growth agenda for its globalIngredient Division. This role is a senior commercial leadership position responsible for defining strategic direction, guiding portfolio and gotomarket priorities, and strengthening Agropur's position as a premium ingredient partner worldwide.

Reporting to theVP, Growth & Commercial Strategy, the Director will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership and a central connector across Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and Finance.

  • Salary range 008: $153,700 - $192,100 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

This leader will:

  • Set thecommercial vision and strategic prioritiesfor Agropur's Ingredients business.

  • Driveportfolio direction, pricing strategy, and market focusacross categories.

  • Ensuredisciplined gotomarket executionand premium positioning globally.

  • Translate strategy intoclear choices, alignment, and measurable results.

  • Influence enterprise decisions through strong commercial insight and storytelling.

The role balancesstrategic leadershipwithselect customer and market engagement, ensuring commercial strategy remains grounded in real market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the longterm commercial strategy for the Ingredient Division.

  • Guide category, portfolio, and pricing strategy to maximize value and profitability.

  • Shape gotomarket frameworks and commercial narratives across nutrition segments.

  • Partner with Innovation to align the pipeline with market and customer needs.

  • Lead brand and marketing strategy to reinforce Agropur's premium positioning.

  • Act as a senior integrator across functions, resolving tradeoffs and setting priorities.

  • Develop and lead highperforming commercial and marketing talent.

What you need to join our team:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience incommercial strategy, business development, or category leadership.

  • Strong background iningredients, nutrition, dairy, food, or life sciences.

  • Proven success shapingportfolio strategy, pricing, and gotomarket models.

  • Experience influencing executive leadership and leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives.

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment and executive presence.
