Supports hardware and software installation, configuration, operation and ongoing maintenance of the computer/data center. Operates, monitors and performs basic troubleshooting of equipment, networks, and data processing/batching; assists with logging and documentation of equipment and processes. Responsibilities may also include cabling, racking and server installations. May be internal or external client-focused for company-hosted web-enabled solutions.Operations Center Cloud Technician I Job Description Reporting to the Operations Center Supervisor, the Operations Center Cloud Technician I is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, andassisting in the maintenance ofcomplexcloud-based production systems, monitoring dashboards and alerting, documenting knowledge, managing major incident logistics and working with Availity business partners to deliver high quality service.
