As an Advisor, Corporate Development, you will play a critical role in evaluating and shaping Enbridge's growth strategy. This position exists to provide meticulous financial, economic, and risk analysis in support of major capital investments, including organic growth projects, acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers. You will work closely with Corporate Development leaders and crossfunctional partners to influence investment decisions across the enterprise.

What You Will Do

  • Build, review, and maintain comprehensive financial models for complex investment and business development initiatives, including integrated financial documents and valuation metrics.

  • Lead financial modeling and valuation for acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and development projects ranging from $10M to multibilliondollar investments.

  • Evaluate proposed projects and transactions for alignment with Enbridge's corporate strategy and capital allocation framework.

  • Provide commercial and financial advice throughout investment execution, due diligence, and approval processes, collaborating with Tax, Treasury, Risk, Credit, and Finance teams.

  • Prepare informative reports and presentations for senior leaders and actively influence decisionmaking through strong relationships and analytical credibility.

Who You Are

  • You hold a university degree and bring 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate development, investment banking, or a related field. A combination of education and experience would be considered.

  • You bring outstanding financial modeling skills and are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, applying sound judgment, and working with a high degree of independence.

  • You collaborate effectively in team environments and build strong working relationships across functions and levels.

  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of regulatory, taxation, or accounting matters. An MBA, equivalent experience, or a professional designation (CFA, CBV, CPA/CA/CMA) is also valued.
