Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00 \| Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm \| Type: Onsite See What we do: https://youtu.be/kvuAbB4969E?si=MCg_01gD0C0BCG6- QUICK SUMMARY/ Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Machine Shop and Sheetmetal facilities. This hands-on role is critical in keeping our equipment, buildings, and grounds operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and being the go-to problem solver in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - we want to meet you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and equipment Perform plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs Maintain heating, plumbing, and alarm/safety systems Complete preventative maintenance tasks (lights, filters, etc.) Support renovations and facility expansion Ensure facility systems meet health and safety standards REQUIREMENTS: (Preferred too) High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years maintenance experience Manufacturing facility experience preferred Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills WHAT PROTOTEK OFFERS: Health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance Company paid life and long-term disability insurance 9 paid Holidays annually Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) match: 100% of 3% and 50% for 4% and 5% Education reimbursement program Career advancement opportunities Flexible Schedule Competitive pay scale Paid time off (PTO) starting at 80 hours with annual increase for each year of service WORK AUTHORIZATION WORDING Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements - Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities.
