Machine Operator Set Up B

Are You Looking to

• Use your mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Demonstrate basic skills in using common hand tools and gauges and pneumatics.
• Demonstrate ability to repeatedly test precise tolerances using a variety of test equipment provided.

Are You Ready to

• Operate, perform setup, and troubleshoot machines, such as screw machines, CNC Mills and CNC lathes and secondary machines as required.
• Performs program edits and writes some complete programs as required.
• Determine program edits required to adjust speeds and feeds in order to machine parts properly and efficiently.
• Interpret and understand engineering drawings and assembly documentation.
• Follow and continually monitor safety procedures.

What You'll Need

• 
  High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 + Years of applicable machining experience or combination of experience and machine trade school.
• Ability to compute ratio, rate and percent and interpret bar graphs.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
