We are hiring a Quality Inspector to join our Quality team and help ensure our products consistently meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability and reputation that Alloy Products has built over generations.

The Impact You'll Make

You will perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Your attention to detail will help prevent defects, support continuous improvement efforts, and ensure every product leaving our facility reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do



  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections and testing
  • Conduct dimensional checks, surface finish inspections, and material verification
  • Use quality measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Identify and troubleshoot quality issues during production
  • Document and report inspection results accurately
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO and ASME standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area


What You Bring



  • Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Knowledge of quality methods, inspection techniques, and measurement tools
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ASME, or related standards
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
