Overview
Join ENERCON as a Project Engineer supporting mechanical projects for our Nuclear Services Group. Your role will involve developing winning engineering proposals with technical staff, executing projects within budget and schedule constraints, and maintaining robust client relationships. With your proven management skills, you'll oversee project schedules, financials, and reporting while actively supporting marketing endeavors to propel business growth. Responsibilities A typical day in this role will include leading strategic project discussions, aligning your team to ensure quality and deadlines are met, while keeping clients informed and engaged. You'll dive into problem-solving, manage budgets, refine proposals, and identify new opportunities - all while motivating your team to turn every challenge into a win.
Qualifications
