This critical leadership position involves directing all financial and administrative functions of the college, working closely with the Dean, Associate and Assistant Deans, Department Chairs, and other key leaders to drive the college's mission forward. As the chief administrative and financial officer, the Assistant Dean will report directly to the COPH Dean and maintain an indirect reporting line to the UAMS Vice Chancellor for Finance. The role also includes responsibilities as the IPE/COPH Building Manager, requiring effective coordination across UAMS colleges and divisions.
