Case Manager,Crew Relations
TheCase Manager, Crew Relations willbe responsible for an investigation caseload, and conductingan array of investigations from frontline investigations, such as, but not limited toEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO), discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, interpretation of internal practices and policies, federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations. This position will support positive employee engagement by providing guidance and recommendations to resolvecrewmember andcrewleaderconcerns. This role will work closely with the People Business Partners, Legal, Labor Relations,People Centers of Excellence,Complianceteamsand business leaders to promote equity, company values, and accountability in the workplace and to respond appropriately and fairly to employee concerns.
Essential Responsibilities
Independently conduct prompt, fair, impartial, and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues concerning allegations suchbut not limited todiscrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, from start to finish, including conducting intake, leading interviews, note-taking, gathering and analyzing evidence (electronic, physical, etc.), documenting findings.
In collaboration withPeopleBusiness Partners, consult withcrewmemberand managers at all levels to provide guidance and recommendations related to disciplinary actions, performance, JetBlue policies, and other matters.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
One(1)year of relevant employee relations or HR experience, preferably focused onEmployee Relations (ER)investigations, employment legal, performance management, and/orHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP)experiences.
PreferredExperience andQualifications
At leastThree(3) years of relevant employee relations or HR experience, preferably focused on Employee Relationsinvestigations, employment legal, performance management, and/or HRBP experiences.

The base pay range for this position is between $50,000.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is onecomponentof JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
