Overview
Microsoft's Office of Strategy and Transformation is seeking a SeniorManager,Enterprise Transformationto helpadvanceMicrosoft's evolution into a Frontier Firm-defined by the ability to continuously learn, rapidly improve, and scale value creation through AI and operational excellence. This role sits at the center of the company's most critical transformation priorities. Our team uses Continuous Improvement (CI) as our core operating system. We apply structured problem solving, systems thinking, and data-driven execution to complex, enterprise-wide challenges. While we leverage CI methodologies, traditional Lean or CI backgrounds are not required. What matters is a demonstrated ability to think rigorously, lead complex work systematically, and deliver measurable outcomes. Process Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
