Short Intro and About the Job The Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) organization exists to support the overall priority of Danone North America to be a consumer and customer-centric organization. Our team partners across the enterprise to drive clarity in the strategic direction and precision. We work cross-functionally with category, brand, and commercial teams to capture opportunities for Danone to grow. This means fueling the end-to-end Danone operating model with our obsession with facts, insights, and analytical diagnosis, and our Consumer Love program. We drive rigor and understanding of our consumers, shoppers, categories, customers, products, and cultural trends into Danone DNA. Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) understands the needs of marketing, sales, leadership, and other functions to deliver the right insights at the right time for stronger value propositions to Danone's consumers, shoppers, and customers. SIA partners with category teams to shape category, portfolio, and brand strategies by identifying future trends, white spaces, and sources of growth. We conduct consumer research to understand needs, occasions, brand health, and shopper behavior, helping determine where to prioritize growth opportunities. In this role, the Kids & Baby SIA Analyst will play a proactive, collaborative role across strategy, brand development, innovation, execution, and review. Contribute to a culture of effectiveness through activity-based performance management of ourselves and competition with precision. Key Responsibilities:
Be the voice of consumer/shopper, generating fact-based insights and injecting them across all aspects of the business, including but not limited to brand strategy, communication strategy, creative development, innovation, product, packaging, in market execution and assessment.
The salary range for this position is $70k-85k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
