Position Overview The Vice President, Product - Member Engagement & Transparency (ME&T) is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Zelis' ME&T portfolio to drive growth, margin expansion, and market differentiation.ME&T solutions help members find, access, and understand their care. The portfolio includes SaaS-based digital solutions that enable members to search for providers, receive incentives for choosing high-value care, and better understand cost and coverage through personalized communications and transparency tools. This role leads strategy, roadmap development, and execution across the portfolio, with a strong emphasis on AI-first product innovation. The VP will oversee a team of approximately 20 FTEs and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to ensure disciplined scoping, execution, and successful commercialization of product initiatives. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies. Base Salary Range $204,000.00 - $258,400.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
