Salary: $120,000.00+ per year (Based on experience) + Yearly bonus opportunity

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 5 PM

You'll be the one owning the daily hustle. Do you have what it takes?

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (industrial/manufacturing/warehouse-related preferred) OR a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in Shipping and/or Warehouse (steel tube/pipe production preferred)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of JIT, SAP, MS Office Suite, Telia dashboard, and crane HMI
• 3PL experience (JIT & rail loading preferred)
• Ability to plan ahead for on-time loading within 2 hours (including preloads)
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crawl, push & pull
• Walk and stand for extended 10-12 hour shifts
• Lift and move as needed in an industrial setting
• Able to lift 40+ lbs.
• Steel-toe boots

Responsibilities:

• Lead all shipping, warehousing, coil receiving, and inventory operations
• Drive world-class shipping and warehouse efficiency
• Implement continuous improvement practices to reduce waste
• Develop and enforce shipping policies and procedures
• Promote and enforce health & safety standards
• Train and mentor shipping personnel
• Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, sales, planning & HR
• Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations & team development
• Ensure inventory accuracy and prevent shipping delays
• Review daily reports and resolve issues quickly
• Maintain confidentiality and report security concerns
