Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• 2 years of leadership experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes
• Computer skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards a plus

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Provide daily direction and oversight to warehouse associates
• Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, accountability, and improvement
• Delegate tasks and monitor productivity and performance

Support

• Act as an escalation point for customer issues related to orders and shipping
• Partner with Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain professionalism when handling discrepancies or delays

Training & Team Development

• Lead training on standard operating procedures and safety practices
• Mentor and coach team members to improve efficiency and skills
• Identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Enforce quality control procedures for receiving, storage, and shipping
• Hold team members accountable to safety and quality standards

Data, Metrics & Reporting

• Track and report metrics related to shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Use data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
• Communicate performance results to management
