Description
Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking a Junior Applications Developer to design, develop, and test software systems within the Army Resource Cloud (ARC/cPROBE) environment. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing systems. This role requires a strong foundation in IT and software development, with a focus on maintaining and improving application functionality to support the Army's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.

Required Qualifications



  • Active or Current DOD Secret Clearance
  • Current Security + Certification
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of IT and industry experience with a degree, or 4 to 6 years of experience without a degree.


Desired Qualifications



  • Familiarity with software lifecycle processes, including design, development, and internal testing.
  • Experience in maintaining and deploying new application systems software and/or enhancing existing applications


Key Responsibilities



  • Follow software lifecycle processes to design, develop, and test software systems.
  • Participate in technology decisions and provide input impacting software development.
  • Maintain and deploy new application systems software and/or enhance existing applications.
