POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Partner works directly with the CEO to drive execution discipline, prepare the organization for Board and executive decision-making, and ensure priorities translate into results. This role combines selective executive support with governance, cross-functional leadership, and operational cadence. The Executive Partner is a true executive partner-not a traditional Executive Assistant-responsible for ensuring clarity, readiness, and accountability at the highest levels of the organization. Work schedule must align with CEO who is based on the East coast but regularly travels to the West Coast.

DUTIES

  • Proactively anticipates the CEO's needs in advance of Board, Executive Leadership Team, and critical external meetings
  • Surface missing inputs, strategic risks, and organizational sensitivities early to support well-informed, timely decision-making
  • Prepare concise, insight-driven briefing materials that clearly frame issues, outline options, and enable rapid executive clarity
  • Own end-to-end preparation for ELT sessions, CEO-led forums, ensuring materials are complete, consistent, and decision-ready
  • Serve as the final quality gate for all CEO- and Board level deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, alignment, and narrative cohesion.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the company's operating rhythm, ensuring disciplined preparation and follow-through.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for decisions, commitments, action items and strategic priorities.
  • Track, drive, and close follow-up items with rigor-supporting accountability across the leadership team
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and resolve issues that span teams, functions, or ambiguous ownership
  • Lead CEO-sponsored initiatives and special projects from concept through execution, often in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Drive complex, cross-functional challenges to resolution, clarifying scope, stakeholders, and success metrics.
  • Manage complex scheduling, sequencing and logistics that maximize the CEO's time against strategic priorities
  • Prioritize incoming requests and decisions to protect focus and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-15+ years of experience in executive support, strategy, operations, finance, or consulting
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong business judgment
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and holding leaders accountable

BUSINESS TRAVEL & HOURS

Periodic travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico may be required.
