Job Summary

Supports the planning and execution of a marketing plan that results in an increase in enrollment of members. Will conduct retail presentations statewide for perspective members. This position will build relationships and attend major events and chapter meetings with associations and unions. This position will support open enrollment meetings.

Essential Functions
  • Process and support U100 new business quotes, including large group (50+ enrolled), uncompetitive quotes, and Declinations to Quote (DTQs).

  • Manage the U100 large group sales pend process to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and reduction of avoidable DTQs.

  • Analyze and deliver sales support reporting and analytics, including provider disruption reports, Get2Goal, Zywave reporting, deductible credit reports, and ad hoc sales insights.

  • Support opportunity management across small group (5-9) and lineofbusiness transitions, including PPO to POS, HMO to WMP, and PH/Guardian comparisons.

  • Attend and support new group implementation and open enrollment meetings as needed to ensure successful onboarding and allow Sales Executives to focus on closing business.

  • Resolve new member service and enrollment issues through collaboration with internal departments, including Enrollment, Case Management, Pharmacy, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service.

  • Support General Agent relationships by managing reporting, auditing, accounts payable coordination, and commission issue resolution.

  • Serve as an interdepartmental liaison, maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support U100 sales operation

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or experience

Preferred

  • LIC-Michigan Health & Life Insurance License - STATE_MI State of Michigan 90 Days

  • 3 years of relevant experience health insurance industry
