Position Title: Administrative Professional-Rental & Sales Coordinator

Reporting to: Parts Manager

Department: Parts

Our Mission Statement isforging long-lasting partnerships by providing first-class customer support. We live that statement every single day. We are looking for an Admin Pro-Rental and Sales Coordinator to help support that mission.

SUMMARY

The primary function in this role will be assisting the Service, Parts and Sales Departments. Any experience with truck/heavy equipment parts/rentals is a definite plus. All candidates should have excellent customer relations and communications skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Process parts orders for both internal and external customers





  • Work closely with vendors and customers to provide parts in a timely manner





  • Prepare/perform daily & weekly shipments





  • Input/update rental and sales information into system





  • Provide shipping and receiving department support when needed





  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for shipping & receiving





  • Research websites and vendor databases for current parts pricing





  • Additional duties to be assigned by Branch Manager

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS




  • Previous customer-facing parts experience (looking up and sourcing parts)





  • Product knowledge (truck/heavy equipment parts)





  • Active Driver's License with clean driving record





  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM platform





  • Strong communication and organizational skills





  • Must be able to reason and multitask quickly




WORK CONDITIONS

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels. This list is not meant to cover every possible scenario but simply provide an outline. Employees may be assigned other tasks as needed.
