Industrial Project Manager - Preconstruction and Estimating

The Jamar Company
paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), profit sharing
United States, North Dakota, Bismarck
Feb 13, 2026

Industrial Contractors, Inc. (ICI) is a Northern Plains based industrial construction company headquartered in Bismarck, ND with branches in Mountain View, WY and Post Falls, ID covering our Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest Operations, respectively. We've performed industrial construction for over 50 years in our region. Our goal is to make our customers' lives easy and we are flexible in adapting to their processes. We maintain a high level of discipline and follow an operating code that prevents us from over-extending our resources; ensuring we always put our best foot forward.

Before steel goes up, before crews mobilize, before anyone on site knows what's coming-you've already shaped the entire project. As an Industrial Project Manager with our Preconstruction team, you operate in the highstakes space where ideas harden into strategy. You dissect drawings, decode specs, model risk, and engineer cost paths that turn possibility into executable reality. You negotiate the right partners, analyze the hidden traps, challenge assumptions, and forge the plan that determines how smoothly everything unfolds in the field.

You're the unseen strategist behind every successful build-designing clarity from complexity and handing off a roadmap precise enough to trust and flexible enough to win.
