Job Description: Business Performance Manager Huntsman is seeking a Business Performance Manager supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will report to the Americas Finance Director. Job Scope Provide financial and business performance support to the Americas region to drive short-term financial delivery and long-term value creation. Ensure the quality, completeness, timeliness, and availability of financial information while partnering cross-functionally to support margin improvement, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision-making.
In summary, as the Business Performance Manager, you will:
Provide support to the regional business to drive short-term financial delivery and long-term value creation. Ensure the quality, completeness, timeliness, and availability of information and data. Monitor customer profitability and use financial decision-making tools and analysis to investigate and recommend actions to address value problems and assess value opportunities in line with business strategy. Work closely with Purchasing team to understand key raw material movements and Pricing team on selling price to drive margin profitability. Ensure correct raw materials and selling prices are incorporated in forecast. Collaborate with Marketing team to understand market trends supporting our business segment growth projection. Participate in monthly Demand Review meetings in collaboration with sales managers and demand manager to ensure accurate output of demand forecast supported by assumptions, risks, and opportunities. Work with Sales and Supply Chain team throughout the month to project month end estimate on sales revenue and contribution margin. Drive monthly and quarterly business performance review with regional leadership team and commercial teams. Support adoption on Balanced Scorecard KPIs and manage trend analysis across all business functions to drive business improvement. Provide adhoc analysis and support related to projects, opportunities, or issues as they arise.

Minimum Qualifications
Education required
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- 10+ years of experience in business performance management with cross-functional team stakeholder management.
Skills and knowledge
Strong data orientation and alignment. Solid business insight and understanding. Ability to consistently apply very strong analytical skills in resolving financial matters for the business and break complex problems into manageable elements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Decision-making skills with the ability to use facts and figures to develop multiple decision options independently. Ability to engage multiple stakeholders to reach aligned decisions when necessary. Able to work independently and as a team player across all business functions and levels. Strong prioritization skills with focus on key activities and measurable performance against targets. Organized and able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to work under pressure and overtime when needed. Ability to travel within the US and internationally. Constructively challenges colleagues on critical issues. Outward personal behavior consistent with expectations for others.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics experience. SAP experience. SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence experience.
