Position Overview The Human Resources Lead, People Processes & Regional Operations is a hands-on HR leader responsible for delivering high-quality HR operations across the Americas region. This role oversees core HR lifecycle processes-such as job changes, terminations, mobility, onboarding/offboarding, and data management-while ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and alignment with global standards. Reporting in to the Head of the Americas Region People Processes, this position manages HR staff in the U.S. and Mexico and partners with senior leaders to strengthen HR capabilities, improve systems and processes, and support a high-performing culture. Strong HR operations expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance global standards with local needs are essential. This Hybrid position will be based in Brooklyn Park, MN, and will transition to Plymouth soon. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Process Leadership
