As the Digital Care Transformation (DCTx) Head at UCB, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of digital health across the U.S. Immunology landscape. This newly created role places you at the forefront of transforming how patients, providers, and health systems experience care. The Digital Care Transformation Head leads both the external implementation of digital health projects across the healthcare ecosystem and the internal development of the organization's digital health capabilities. This dual focus ensures that digital health initiatives are aligned with the organization's mission to improve patient outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and sustainable impact. This position is in our US corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Candidates need to reside within a 2-hour commute of the Atlanta, GA office. About the role The primary focus of the DCTx Head candidate will be the implementation of a digital health program designed to support individuals living with a rare disease, in close collaboration with and shared objectives among the global DCTx team. Then, the candidate will co-develop a US-focused digital health portfolio, aligned with global DCTx and US Immunology priorities, and drive its implementation. What you'll do

This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $184-$241k annually. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
