We are seeking a Senior System Administrator with deep ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) experience to help modernize and stabilize enterprise IT environments supporting federal healthcare systems. You will play a critical hands-on role in CMDB integrity, discovery, integrations, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale platforms that directly impact service reliability across government infrastructure.

• Administer and optimize ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Manage integrations across cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, SCCM, vCenter, SolarWinds).
• Configure MID Servers, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Maintain CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules, and lifecycle governance.
• Support ITIL-aligned operational processes (Incident, Change, Configuration, Asset, Problem).
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to automate workflows and improve visibility.
• Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards.

• 5+ years System Administration experience (2+ with ServiceNow ITOM).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong experience with CMDB, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 practices.

• ServiceNow CIS (ITOM or CMDB).
• ITIL Foundation.
• Federal IT experience.
• Automation tooling (Ansible, PowerShell, Jenkins).

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.
• Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Location:

• Remote, USA.
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $63,730 to $72,500.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
