Your role

As a Customer Solutions Operations Manager, your mission is to drive operational excellence within Atlas Copco Comptec's Customer Service organization by ensuring reliable ontime delivery, maximizing profitability, and providing an outstanding customer experience as every part and engineeredtoorder product moves through our process.. You will report to the Aftermarket Manager.

You will



  • Operational Responsibilies

    • Oversee all customer service operations, including NIS, on-time delivery, variance, and proejct profitability.
    • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with sourcing, shipping, quality, engineering, and manufacturing to achieve targets and ensure customer satifaction.
    • Lead engineering execution for customer projects and manage project schedules, risks, and customer communications.
    • Determine parts inventory needs and oversee planning accuracy.
    • Analyze delivery and budget variances and drive improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with sales to support customer success and continuous improvement.

  • Talent & Leadership Responsibilities

    • Coach and develop team members in engineering, planning, and proejct management.
    • Identify skills gaps, coordinating training, and maintain an updated skills matrix.
    • Implement and refine tools, processes, and workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Base salary ranges from $112,900 to $133,370 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing facility in Voorheesville, United States (US).
