Job Summary

Develops engineering solutions across operations, production, construction, and maintenance environments to enhance efficiency and performance. Analyzes engineering processes and identifies opportunities to improve system reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Implements multidisciplinary engineering practices to optimize functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a specialist in application engineering, providing high-level technical expertise and guidance across multiple application engineering projects, ensuring optimal system designs and implementations.
  • Advises senior leadership, managers, and teams on application solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing insights on industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
  • Designs and develops industry-leading application systems, leading the design, testing, and optimization of complex systems that meet both internal and external requirements.
  • Applies highly developed engineering principles to solve complex application design challenges, analyzing system performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensuring all solutions meet high-quality standards.
  • Coordinates externally with clients and stakeholders to understand system requirements, define project terms, and ensure successful implementation and integration of application systems.
  • Develops actionable insights from performance data and industry trends, translating findings into strategic recommendations for improving application systems and operational efficiency.
  • Consults on cross-functional projects, working with other departments to ensure application systems are integrated smoothly with existing business processes and technologies.
  • Provides guidance to junior engineers and technical staff, coaching and mentoring them on best practices in application engineering and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Implements systems to enhance the overall application engineering process, ensuring that new systems are developed in alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and cost objectives.
