Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer supporting the Training Division (AFLCMC/WNR) at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah. The WNR Division serves as the Air Force's technical, acquisition, and sustainment authority, delivering comprehensive and mission-critical support to the warfighter. The division oversees a wide range of Air Force systems including Electronic Warfare, Range Systems, Air Combat Training, Command and Control Systems, Advanced Radar Threat Systems, and Combat Survivor Evader Locator systems. WNR also supports depot-level sustainment and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs for the U.S. Air Force and partner organizations including the U.S. Army, Navy, PACAF, ACC, AFMC, and AETC. This role provides electrical engineering and systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle under an Integrated Product Team (IPT) structure, ensuring Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) is incorporated into all activities. Responsibilities In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, the Electrical Engineer provides expert-level engineering support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The position supports government leadership with system design evaluation, lifecycle engineering analysis, test and evaluation planning, and technical risk management in compliance with DoD acquisition processes. Duties include, but are not limited to: Systems Engineering & Lifecycle Support
Conduct systems engineering reviews and analyses across all lifecycle phases including concept development, engineering and manufacturing development, production, deployment, and operations & support
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must hold an active Secret clearance Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of experience in the respective discipline, including 3 years in the DoD, OR
Experience and/or training in:
Education: Master's degree in a professional engineering discipline with at least 3 years of experience in the respective discipline, including 3 years in the DoD
