We are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team in Mint Hill, NC. This role is primarily an in-office position, responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience while working with Inpro WT Shade. This role requires a commitment to excellence in customer service-via phone, email, and in person-while collaborating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolutions. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, leads with integrity, and strives to build strong relationships grounded in trust. Responsibilities Include:
