This role serves as a supportive function to marketing acquisition managers, as well as cross-functional teams, on marketing strategies and planning. This role is responsible for understanding lead gen objectives across key marketing channels, reporting on KPI's, and tracking results of campaigns and activities. This role will support the objectives of the acquisition brand marketing team including paid search, emails, SEO, and reputation while adhering to corporate goals and guidelines. The ultimate need is to support the acquisition marketing activities and measure and report on the success of these lead generating initiatives to meet business goals, communicating optimizations to all lead vendors, and support the acquisition marketing team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Support monthly reporting for Lead Gen vendor results. Support the planning and execution of marketing programs to promote the acquisition brands. Communicate and collaborate with other department teams such as online and creative teams to ensure all teams are aware of our plans and prepared to track and handle the leads. Execute thorough call quality audits for lead gen vendors monthly to monitor quality, and lead flow per vendor, report on results, and dispute charges as needed. Utilize call reporting dashboards to pull monthly reports for Marketing Analyst to update ROI data studio reports. Coordinate reporting of lead generation activities and analyze performance with Acquisitions Marketing Managers. Manage and update Google Business Profiles, Yelp, and other local profiles for Acquisitions as needed on an ongoing basis, Communicate updates with the teams as dictated by Acquisition Managers. Assist in onboarding the new vendors by ensuring they are added to the new vendor system for AP and Procurement. Assist in onboarding new acquisition brands into the Marketing team Process vendor invoices and input into vendor management system (Coupa) Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email, events, etc.). Assist with content creation, editing, and proofreading for various platforms, including websites, social media, emails, brochures, and presentations. Collecting and analyzing marketing campaign performance to assist in preparing reports and provide insights Assist with budget tracking and expense management for marketing activities Providing general, as needed marketing support to the marketing team
Required Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Marketing Familiarity with Marketing channels and platforms, such as: Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, YouTube, etc (working knowledge a plus) Experience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is strongly desired; including National and Regional Marketing experience Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, mostimportantly lead generation and reporting Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate composure and self-confidence in difficult situations Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite of software tools Strong writing and proofreading skills Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Pay Range $58,500 - $76,000/ year While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
