JOB DESCRIPTION
Red Seat Ventures is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales to accelerate revenue growth, scale a high-performing team, and strengthen our go-to-market motion across enterprise/mid-market/SMB. This leader will partner closely with the SVP of Sales on strategy and execution, translating company goals into clear plans, quotas, and repeatable processes. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $247,000.00-300,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
