As a Security Officer - Retail Monitor Full-Time in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a high-end retail location where you will help monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming customer experience. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate clearly with store teams and guests, and respond to concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and prompt notification to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to post orders.
• Complete shift documentation such as incident reports, daily activity logs, and visitor records while maintaining a professional presence and strong communication with store teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
