Job Description




As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Security Clearance in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at an aero and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related issues, and respond to incidents with clear communication and strong customer service. This is a driving post and requires an armed guard card or license. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific policies, access control procedures, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, theft, and/or damage.
  • Monitor and operate CCTV, intrusion detection, badge systems, and/or other security-related equipment; document observations and report irregularities.
  • Complete detailed security-related reports and activity logs, coordinate with local law enforcement and/or first responders when required, and maintain readiness of assigned equipment per post requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience.
  • Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
  • Maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Be at least 21+ years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
