As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech and/or media location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter spaces; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and entry controls; verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report irregular activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, document incidents, and communicate observations during shift turnovers to help support continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
