CLA is currently seeking an Associate to join our Accounting Tax Services (CAAS) group in our Dallas TX, Minneapolis MN, Charlotte NC, Tampa FL, King of Prussia PA, Milwaukee WI, Albuquerque NM, or Fort Worth TX office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple client accounts and ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.

  • Perform and review bank and credit card reconciliations, proactively resolving discrepancies.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain general ledger accuracy, and post adjusting journal entries during close activities.

  • Review Analysts' work, providing constructive feedback and supporting their development through training.

  • Maintain organized records and follow standardized processes to ensure timely and accurate client support.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and leveraging technology for efficiency gains.

Job Requirements:

  • Accounting and financial experience is preferred. .

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The wage range for this position in Minnesota is: $53,700 - 93,000.
