The Importance of the Role

The Opportunity to Make a Difference

Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to serve as Director, Alliance Management & Corporate Strategy. This role combines responsibility for overseeing Sarepta's strategic collaborations with leadership of high-impact corporate strategy initiatives and internal consulting projects across the organization.

Reporting to the Corporate Strategy organization, this is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The Director will play a critical role in shaping Sarepta's long-term growth by ensuring the success of key alliances while also driving enterprise-wide strategic analyses, problem solving, and execution support on priority corporate initiatives.

This is a hybrid role aligned to our Cambridge, MA office

Primary Responsibilities

Alliance Management

* Work with new and existing partners to ensure achievement of mutual strategic, operational, and financial objectives.

* Ensure proactive and effective alliance governance, communication, and decision-making processes.

* Develop a deep understanding of partners' organizational structures, decision-making dynamics, and internal priorities.

* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of alliance agreements and ensure adherence to obligations.

* Identify alliance-related risks and opportunities and work cross-functionally to define paths forward.

* Support alliance formation, renegotiations, amendments, and terminations.

Corporate Strategy & Internal Corporate Consulting

* Lead high-priority corporate strategy projects including portfolio strategy and long-range planning.

* Act as an internal strategy consultant to senior leadership.

* Develop executive-ready analyses and presentations.

* Support cross-functional initiatives and execution tracking.

More about You

• MBA or PhD in technical discipline preferred

• BA/BS degree in a science or related field required

• At least 10+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience including alliance management.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in R&D - ability to define, develop and implement portfolio strategies based on trends, opportunities, needs and market direction within pharmaceutical industry and/or health care environment.

• Strong background in corporate strategy or consulting desirable.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
