This role combines responsibility for overseeing Sarepta's strategic collaborations with leadership of high-impact corporate strategy initiatives and internal consulting projects across the organization. Reporting to the Corporate Strategy organization, this is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The Director will play a critical role in shaping Sarepta's long-term growth by ensuring the success of key alliances while also driving enterprise-wide strategic analyses, problem solving, and execution support on priority corporate initiatives. This is a hybrid role aligned to our Cambridge, MA office Primary Responsibilities Alliance Management * Work with new and existing partners to ensure achievement of mutual strategic, operational, and financial objectives. * Ensure proactive and effective alliance governance, communication, and decision-making processes. * Develop a deep understanding of partners' organizational structures, decision-making dynamics, and internal priorities. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of alliance agreements and ensure adherence to obligations. * Identify alliance-related risks and opportunities and work cross-functionally to define paths forward. * Support alliance formation, renegotiations, amendments, and terminations. Corporate Strategy & Internal Corporate Consulting * Lead high-priority corporate strategy projects including portfolio strategy and long-range planning. * Act as an internal strategy consultant to senior leadership. * Develop executive-ready analyses and presentations. * Support cross-functional initiatives and execution tracking. The targeted salary range for this position is $185,600 - $232,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
