Description and Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Worldwide Business & Product Operations team for Workstation. This role offers hands-on experience in business operations, product operations, and strategic initiatives that drive workstation success globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and develop new skills, including communicating clearly and convincingly. They will need to have the ability to work independently as a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-evolving environment, and adapt messaging across different audiences. While they will need to work independently, they will have support within the organization to help guide and provide feedback.

Responsibilities:
* Automate and enhance dashboards in Power BI and Excel to track order cadence, revenue/PTM, backlog, and pipeline performance with improved visualization.
* Integrate market and product insights into operational reporting to connect external trends with internal performance.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Operations) to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align on dashboard storytelling.
* Establish a scalable framework for data refresh, metric definitions, and storytelling to support consistent reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student : Major in business, finance, or similar degree program
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
