We are looking for a leader who: * Leads with empathy and accountability * Builds trust and strong relationships across teams * Creates stability and calm in fast-paced situations * Is passionate about staff growth, engagement, and retention * Values teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Brings a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care What You'll Do * Direct and coordinate nursing operations and staffing activities within the PACU * Support and mentor nursing and support staff through coaching, development, and ongoing feedback * Lead onboarding, training, and educational initiatives to support team success * Foster a positive and psychologically safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff * Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary hospital teams to ensure seamless patient care * Develop and implement staffing plans that balance operational needs with team wellbeing * Help drive engagement, accountability, communication, and culture across the department * Serve as a visible and approachable leader who supports staff through both everyday operations and high-pressure situations * Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, quality outcomes, and clinical excellence Education
