Job Description:

Are you excited to use data to tell a story? Are you motivated and reliable? You will be a part of a dynamic team which encourages creative problem solving, open communication, collaboration, and focuses on developing solutions with consideration to short- and long-term impact. You will be using data to tell a story and influence the direction of business decisions by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional groups. The selected candidate will gain exposure to creating technical specifications and designing and developing programmed solutions in support of Operations, and Product Line BUs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Essential functions and responsibilities:

*Interact with the business units and translate reporting requests and requirements from the business into meaningful insights by collaboration with subject matter experts to gain access to and understand data, design/develop prototype of reporting (dashboards, metrics, KPI's, etc.)
* Utilizing internal and external data sources to answer business and design questions
*Responsible for developing tools to drive Sales performance and overall efficiency on Backlog and order fulfillment process analysis for the business unit
* Provide L1 support in addressing priority interrupt, identify requirements and drive resolution
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines, and adhoc reporting needs

Requirements/Qualifications:

*Bachelor's and/or Master's degree preferably computer science or engineering, analytics/data science, and/or mathematics and/or Business

*Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with relational database management systems, especially SQL, Oracle*

* Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Excel, Tableau, Web Analytics, Python or other programs
* Experience with data engineering like ETL processes, data warehouses, and business intelligence platforms beneficial
* Experience with developing reports and dashboards for displaying complex data sets and algorithms in a user-friendly way
*Proficiency in AI analytics tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow or similar
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
* Familiarity with analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive analysis will be a plus
* Familiarity with Azure data bricks, Azure AI/ML or equivalent cloud solutions, Python methodologies will be an added advantage

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70,304-$143,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
