The Senior Growth Manager serves as a strategic leader within the Hospital Services Group (HSG), driving the overarching growth agenda for DaVita's inpatient dialysis and apheresis businesses to solidify its position as the Partner of Choice for hospitals and health systems. This role moves beyond tactical execution to own the development and delivery of comprehensive marketing and partnership strategies that fuel long-term revenue and market share expansion.

This Senior Manager is responsible for owning critical external alliances, including HSG's partnership with Mercury, and directing external partners and agencies to execute the annual marketing strategy. Partners closely with Business Development Directors and Operations VP/Directors to equip commercial teams with sophisticated, data-driven engagement strategies and materials. Leads contract negotiations, joint value creation plans, and ongoing relationship management to expand HSG's influence, brand visibility, and market reach.

Advanced Analytics & Growth Intelligence: Leads the growth analytics function, leveraging Salesforce and other data sources to generate predictive insights rather than just retrospective reporting. People Management: Manages and develops at least one Senior Analyst, providing coaching on data integrity, pipeline management, and strategic thinking.
