As a Banker Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming environment for our clients while supporting the success and growth of your branch team. This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and meaningful client engagement to help individuals and businesses reach their financial goals.

In this role you'll
  • Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy and care.
  • Balance your cash drawer daily while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Act as a leader in sales, operations, and client service within the branch.
  • Support the Branch Manager or Client Service Manager by training, mentoring, and coaching the teller team.
  • Complete operational tasks on time while adhering to policies and procedures to minimize risk.
  • Engage in proactive discussions with clients to understand their current and future financial needs.
  • Present tailored financial solutions and refer clients to other specialists as appropriate.
  • Resolve client questions and troubleshoot account-related issues.
  • Build and maintain thorough knowledge of operational processes and compliance requirements.
  • Model and ensure adherence to policies, security standards, and regulatory expectations.
What we're looking for
  • You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • You have 6 or more years of teller experience, including sales experience with established goals (Required).
  • You have experience leading a project, process, or team (Required).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • You're comfortable lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds.

Compensation & benefits
  • Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $22.39-$30.29/hour
